Think about what you want most out of life .. then ask yourself, have I achieved it yet? If the answer is no, ask yourself what am I doing to get closer to it? The answer to these questions are directly related to satisfying yourself and seeking happiness.
Today I stepped out in a camo tee (urban outfitters), colored pants (burlington), and black booties (Shoeland, local store). I accessorized with my faux rocco bag (Alexander Wang inspired, Ebay) and light jewelry.
Where was I going? to my first ever casting call. one that could potentially open up an amazing networking opportunity, which in turn could open up chances for me to explore my true dream .. to be a fashion stylist.
You have to realize that many opportunities come rarely, so when one approaches you, acknowledge that this could be the chance you have been waiting for. Don't let insecurities cloud your judgement. Take the world head on because many life changing events happen ONCE in a lifetime.

Oh how it's been a minute...

OOTD | a couple errands & a maxi skirt
Hey loves, I'm dedicated to getting back on my blogging & youtube ish. The fall semester is starting soon, but with my laid back schedule I can manage to keep those things up & a job. I've also moved into my new place (room tour coming soon!). As for my outfit ... the belt & skirt are both thrifted ! On another note ... who said short girls can't rock maxi's? PLEASE !

OOTD | It's been a minute
Whoa, this is my first post with the new hair huh? Anyway, Today marks the July 4th weekend. I spent it with family at Disney watching fireworks. As far for updates on Courtney, I've recently got employed, I celebrated my birthday a couple of weeks ago, the YouTube channel has crossed it's first milestone -100 subs, my blog has crossed the 2000 views mark, anndd .. yeah, it's still summer :) Hope you're enjoying yours, I know mine has been hot as hell !
On a random note, I LOVE these shoes.

This has to be one of the rainiest summers ever ....
I haven't been updating my blog mostly because I've been unmotivated to put on something really cute and go outside and take pictures. The next sunny day tho .... :) just be on the lookout.
